has anyone ever used pdl services and if so are their services legit or is this just a rip-off?

I contacted them so that I could get my payday loans consolidated into a lower monthly payment and they want me to send them $200 just to get started. The way they explained it sounded good but I’m still stuck on this $200 initial fee they want me to pay them to contact the lenders on my behalf I mean I can do that myself. I’m asking anyone who’s done this is or know of someone who has to please let me know if this is a good service to use or not. I’ve read several different things some good and some bad please help. I have 3 online payday loans and the interest is killing me.
