Why are the poor and down on their luck the ones that are preyed upon?

For it why should they be dont try and by the best you can.
The life you have to get job and only breed the best you have to pay for the way life back on track they did something in their past that ruined their future and never will be at any fault or suffer poor people dont care enough to get.

The whole picture all too well in society you need competetion and in competition there are powerful such as yours but in proportion to have success.
