You, my friend, have fallen victim to scoundrels. Payday loans, check cashing places, and other such outfits do not have to abide by Truth In Lending laws and most don’t. Your situation is an example… you’re getting charged outrageous fees and interest that will continue as long as you owe them any money at all.

The only way you’re going to get out from under this is to pay off the loans in full. I strongly urge you to do so before you end up owing three or four times as much as you borrowed.
