The whole payday loan thing is out of control they charge higher fees than the whole payday loan thing is out of control they charge higher fees than the whole payday loan thing is out.

Your best bet is to check with your local Better Business Bureau, they should be able to help answer that question.

Most states have usury laws which forbid interest rates in excess of a certain APR.
