I need a loan I have bad credit and I do not want a payday loan?

My parents are on a limited income and none of my friends has this kind of money to loan me. My dentist will not allow payments it is for a bottom plate so I can eat my insurance pays half I need the rest then they will order it. Any questions I will answer.
